You can try RealPlayer. It usually comes installed on Windows XP, but if you don’t have it, then you can get it at. It’s similar to Windows Media Player, but in some ways, it’s better than it. I’d suggest this, because it’s free.

I like Windows Media Player because you can adjust the sound settings like bass, treble, etc.
I also like it because it has lots of categories to organize all of my music w/ album pictures.

You could also try mediamonkey. I know a lot of people that use it. I tried it but didn’t like it but they swear by it. I just didn’t feel like doing all the customization it takes after importing my music library. You might like it though. I personally just use Winamp.
